All sessions are only $17, and you can come and go when it suits your schedule.

What does this workout involve?


This workout combines the benefits of myofascial release techniques with movements in multiple planes of motion, providing a comprehensive approach to improving mobility, flexibility, and overall tissue health.


We will also integrate myofascial release tools such as foam rollers or massage balls to target specific areas of tension and restrictions in your myofascial system.


This workout not only helps alleviate muscular tension and discomfort but also promotes better movement patterns and performance.
