1:1 Personal Training Session

My aim is to help you reach your goals step by step.  After a thorough consultation we will plan your training to something you will enjoy doing. 


I will be training your body in multiple directions, working with and through gravity to strengthen and mobilise your fascia.  This can include a variety of loaded movements with body weight, sand bags, VIPRs, medicine balls etc. 


The sessions will be personalized at the venue of your choice, varying from your home, a park or the beach.

Time slots are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your schedule.


I also include a thorough dietary assessment.  I don't believe is quick diets, but prefer to slowly change your habits, adjusting your lifestyle for long term benefits.

  • Can anyone join the Group sessions?

    Absolutely any level of fitness is welcomed to these sessions.  I adjust the exercises to your ability.  


  • Where are the sessions held?

    They are in held at Duggan park in Hammond Park.
