Myofascial Movement Sessions
One-to-one sessions designed to help you move better, build strength and feel more confident in your body.

Rather than following a generic exercise routine, each session builds on what we discovered during your Myofascial Appraisal. We work on the areas where your body needs greater mobility, stability, balance, control or strength, then integrate these into functional movements that support everyday life.
An important part of these sessions is proprioception — your body's awareness of where it is and how it is moving. We work to improve this connection through balance, coordination and controlled movement.
We may also look at how you walk (your gait), how your feet connect with the ground, the strength and function of your arches, and the alignment and movement of your toes. Because your feet form the foundation for movement, improving their function can influence how you move further up the body.
Sessions may also incorporate self-myofascial release using tools such as foam rollers and massage balls to address areas of restriction and give you techniques you can continue at home.
What you'll work on
- · Mobility – improving movement through areas and fascial lines that feel restricted
- · Proprioception – improving your body's awareness, positioning and control
- · Stability & strength – building greater control and capacity through movement
- · Balance & coordination – helping your body respond confidently in different directions and positions
- · Gait & movement patterns – improving how you walk and how your whole body works together
- · Foot function – developing stronger arches, better toe alignment and improved connection with the ground
- · Functional movement – practising movements that translate into everyday life
- · Self-release – simple myofascial techniques you can use between sessions
The goal isn't simply to become more flexible — it's to help your body become stronger, more aware, adaptable and capable in the way you move every day.
